If you cancel your Sales Navigator account

Last updated: 6 months ago

If you are considering canceling your Sales Navigator account, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Currently, you don't have the option to save critical information and data associated with the account, such as messages, saved leads, and saved accounts. This data is removed as soon as you cancel, and you won't be able to access it.

  • If you have an individual Sales Navigator account and your company has added you to a corporate license, you can transfer data from your individual account to your new corporate seat.

  • If you purchase Sales Navigator again in the future, you'll start over with a new account. None of the data from your previous Sales Navigator subscription will be available in your new account.

  • Canceling your Sales Navigator account won't affect the information or data in your personal LinkedIn account.

  • InMail credits won't be transferred to your personal LinkedIn account. So, make sure you use all InMail credits before you cancel your Sales Navigator account.

  • Your Sales Navigator account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • If prices have changed since you last subscribed, your current pricing will be lost when you cancel your existing Sales Navigator account.

  • If you purchased Sales Navigator through our Sales team, please contact your account manager to cancel your account.

  • If you purchased Sales Navigator through your iOS device, please cancel via your iOS device.

  • After cancelling your account, if you think you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a refund request.
