Change or confirm a match between Sales Navigator and your CRM

If a lead, contact, or account is incorrectly mapped or needs to be updated, follow the steps below to remove the match and then manually select the right one.

Here's a tip

You can also verify and edit matches to your existing CRM lead/account/contact with the Match Correction feature, by clicking the Edit match button on a profile page, or View in CRM to confirm the CRM record match.
