When you set up a new corporate Sales Navigator license, you might find that some users already have a personal subscription on their individual LinkedIn account. They have the option to keep or cancel the subscription.

Individual users can decide to keep their subscription or cancel. If your users already have an individual Sales Navigator account, their data can automatically transfer over to their new corporate license, if self-service data transfer is available. If it isn’t available, we can transfer data from prior subscriptions to ensure a seamless transition.
The transfer process will take their saved leads, accounts, and messages within their individual Sales Navigator account and put it all onto a new seat within the corporate team.
Individual users can decide to keep their Premium subscriptions or cancel. Individual Premium subscriptions include Premium Business, Premium Career, and Recruiter Lite.
Important to know
Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator doesn't automatically replace other personal Premium subscription accounts or features that may have been purchased online using a credit card. If the team member is unsure whether they have one, they can find their current subscription information on their personal LinkedIn.com Settings & Privacy page.
Please instruct each individual user to initiate a cancellation through their LinkedIn.com settings, or during a self-service data transfer. If the user is unable to complete the cancellation or data transfer via self-serve, they can also contact us with their cancellation request. Both options will cancel the product at the end of the billing period
If they're on an annual subscription, we recommend they contact support for their refund to be prorated.

Our system doesn't automatically issue refunds while processing a data transfer, or when a user upgrades to a corporate plan. The end-user can contact support to request a refund and if applicable, support will accommodate their request.
