Sales Navigator Seat Descriptions

When you're assigning seats to users in Sales Navigator, you can select from different seat types. Each seat type gives the user unique feature access and permissions.

Here are the seat types offered in Sales Navigator:

  • Team member: Team members get all the features of the Sales Navigator plan, without usage reporting and seat management.

  • Team member + admin: Team members with admin access get all the features of the Sales Navigator plan, plus usage reporting and seat management.

  • Admin only: Admin only users can only access admin features. Learn more about the admin features in Sales Navigator.

  • Reporting admin: Reporting admins don’t have seat management access, they’re only able to access usage reporting. This seat type does not use a seat license nor does it allow users access to other Sales Navigator features.

  • Team member + reporting: These users will have a normal seat license alongside access to usage reporting, but no seat management access.

Here's a tip

Single seat holders are always Team member + admin.
