Change your Sales Navigator billing cycle

Sales Navigator offers both monthly and annual billing cycles. Based on which option you choose when buying Sales Navigator, your subscription will be renewed one month or one year from your purchase date. If you choose to pay annually, you'll save up to 20% compared to paying monthly.

If you want to change your annual Sales Navigator subscription to a monthly subscription, please contact us. If you have Sales Navigator Advanced online edition, and you want to change your annual subscription to a monthly subscription, please contact us.

Important to know

If you have access to LinkedIn Admin Center, then you can switch from annual to monthly billing cycle and vice versa. Follow the instructions outlined in the New experience tab in this article to modify your billing cycle.

To switch from a monthly to an annual Sales Navigator subscription:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Move your cursor over your photo in the top right of your Sales Navigator homepage and select Settings from the dropdown.

  3. From the Account Type section, click Manage your LinkedIn settings.

  4. From the Account Preferences screen, in the Subscriptions and payments section, click Manage Premium account .

    A new window will open. Your current subscription plan will be highlighted.

  5. Click Save with annual to switch to an annual subscription.

  6. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

    You'll receive a credit for the unused portion of your monthly subscription. This amount will be automatically credited towards your annual subscription.
