The Sales Navigator Inbox empowers you to be more efficient when engaging with your prospects. Both, the Inbox and the messaging experience, helps you stay organized, increasing your response rates.

Following are some of the key features of the Sales Navigator Inbox:

  • Conversations are organized by people, not subject.

  • View your entire conversation in one place and know where to continue the conversation while easily replying to the message.

  • With the Inbox Filtering feature, view Unread, Sent, and Archived messages under the All messages dropdown. You can also view InMail responses to Sent messages under the Awaiting response, Accepted, and Declined tabs.

  • Switch between your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inboxes with ease by clicking Go to LinkedIn Messaging in the top right corner of the page.

  • View relevant information about the prospect such as their job title, location, shared connections, and experiences in the right rail of the Sales Navigator Inbox page.

  • Start InMail conversations directly from a profile and see conversation starters such as mentioned in the news and company insights while you compose your InMail. You can also view the number of credits you have left while composing your InMail.

  • Save leads directly from your inbox. While sending a connection request, check the Save as lead box under the personal message section to save a prospective connection as a lead. You can then track a lead even if they don’t respond to your InMail message or connection request.
