Create a Manual Match Between Sales Navigator and Your CRM

In certain cases where the information available doesn't allow for a high confidence match to be made, you can manually create one. Matches can be created manually for leads, contacts, and accounts.

As a Sales Navigator user, you can also edit and verify matches to your existing CRM entities (leads/accounts/contacts). Click the Edit match button in the embedded profile, then View in CRM. With match correction, you can confirm a CRM record match, correct a lead/account record that is inaccurately matched, and create a CRM record of a lead/account if the lead/account doesn’t already exist in your CRM.

To manually create a match for leads/accounts:

  1. Sign in to your CRM and find the lead/account or company profile page.

  2. Within the Sales Navigator embedded profile, you'll see possible matches.

  3. Select Match lead/account to create the match.

You may need to confirm the fields in the embedded profile to save your changes.
