Leads, Contacts, and Accounts Matching between Sales Navigator and your CRM

CRM Sync (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 2016 or 365) and CRM embedded profiles (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 2016 or 365, and our SDK Program) will compare information in both Sales Navigator and your CRM to ensure that your seat holders see the correct contacts, leads, and accounts as they move and share information between platforms.

Important to know

With the Match Correction feature in CRM, you can edit and verify matches to your existing CRM leads/accounts/contacts. Click Edit match on an Enterprise profile page, and View in CRM. You can use match correction to confirm a CRM record match, correct a lead/account record that is inaccurately matched, or create a CRM record of a lead/account if it doesn’t already exist in your CRM.

To ensure the correct matches for contacts, leads, and accounts between Sales Navigator and your CRM, we create matches only when a specific set of rules achieve a high confidence.

If your CRM information is accurate and complete, you are likely to find a match between Sales Navigator and your CRM.
