A letter on the business letterhead to confirm that:
- you are using this account on behalf of the business
- the business will extend their exemption to cover your account
- the business is paying for the services
- it is signed by an authorized representative
The purpose of this letter is to bridge the gap between a sale to an individual and the exemption of the business.
