You’re required to input a credit card number to get the free trial.

Your free trial expires exactly one month after it’s redeemed. It’ll convert to a paid subscription and your card will be charged if you don’t cancel your trial before it expires.

Billing, cancellation, or renewal dates for free trials and billing charges are based on the date and time that the subscription was activated, in local US time zones for US-based English-speaking members only. For all other countries or languages, this is in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC).

To avoid getting charged, you’ll need to cancel at least one day before your trial ends. We’ll send an email reminder seven days before your trial ends. If you have signed in with a Gmail account, please check the Promotions tab as a notification may have been redirected by Google. You can confirm the billing date from your Premium settings page.

If you switch to a different Premium Subscription plan during a free trial, you'll lose the free trial benefits of the original plan.

Your billing cycle will begin immediately on the day you switch plans. The price you pay will be based on the new Premium Subscription plan, not the original one.

You cannot switch back to the original Premium Subscription plan or any other plan and regain the free trial benefits.
