In today’s market, job seekers are increasingly prioritizing a company’s culture and values as a determining factor in their job search. As a response, LinkedIn has created Talent Interest Pipeline, a feature to enable members to express interest in working for your company, without applying for a specific role.
With this feature, you can more easily find candidates who are already interested in working for your company and possess the same values. Job seekers can click the I’m interested button on your company’s About or Life tabs or on the About the company section of job details pages to show their interest. They’ll be directed to create job alerts for similar opportunities. You can then filter for them using the Interested in your company Spotlight in Recruiter with a Recruiter contract.
This feature will be available to companies with an active LinkedIn Career Page. Talent Interest Pipeline is automatically enabled and can be manually turned off using the steps in the article linked below. Companies with an active Recruiter contract will be able to view who has signaled interest within the past year through the Interested in your company Spotlight in Recruiter.
