If you’d like to update the company name on your corporate contract or invoice, please identify which of the following options best fits your needs:
We are only able to amend a company name on an active contract for rebranding, cosmetic changes, and changes to the legal entity type (for example, LLC to Inc.).
For Bill To and/or Ship To name changes to a separately registered business, a replacement contract must be created and signed. This process can take up to 5 days. In the event that you choose to wait until contract renewal, you can still begin the process by completing this form. The information will be updated at the start of your new contract.
If you’d like a more immediate update, you can use the Preferred Name option to update your invoice.
As an alternate, we can update the Preferred Name for bill-to and/or ship-to on the invoice to reflect the new name alongside the existing name on the invoice.
For minor changes to your existing account, such as punctuation, capitalization, or legal endings (LLC, Inc., or Corp.), please use the webform.
