Croatia currency change to euro

Last updated: 2 months ago

Beginning January 1st, 2023, Croatia will transition from the Croatian kuna (HRK) to the euro (EUR) as its official currency. After the transition, LinkedIn’s customers will be charged in EUR for all new and recurring transactions. All refunds will also be processed in EUR.

This change will apply to all paid products, such as Premium Subscriptions, InMail Purchases, Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Learning, and Job Posts.

On January 1st, 2023, we’ll begin displaying the new product prices in EUR, following the pricing policy of the EU region. The below tables show the VAT-exclusive and VAT-inclusive prices for each product.

How this change may impact your LinkedIn account:

For New Customers

When you purchase new products, you will only see the price in euros as the amount charged to your card after you complete the purchase. Your invoices and receipts will all display the price and charge amount in euros.

For Existing Customers

Due to this change, if you have a LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Learning, or Recruiter Lite subscription, you will be required to cancel your ongoing subscription before January 1st, 2023, and resubscribe after your billing date to continue accessing LinkedIn’s products.

For Job Posts, we ask that you close any open job posts by December 31st, 2022, and repost anytime after December 22, 2022 to ensure you are being charged in Euros.

Here's a tip

Sales navigator customers that also require data transferred to a new account, reach out to our support team, who can assist with both cancellation and data transfer.

For Subscriptions purchased through iTunes or Play Store

If your subscription was purchased via the iTunes or Play store,  contact Apple or Google to cancel your subscription and ask for reimbursement after January 1st, 2023.
