LinkedIn Messaging allows you to stay in touch with colleagues, associates, and new opportunities. Anyone who is a part of the conversation can choose to be notified about the activity in the conversation, mentions, or mute notifications.
To manage notifications for a conversation/chat with multiple participants:

Tap the
Messaging icon on the upper right. -
Tap on the message you want manage notification settings for.

/ More icon on the upper right. -
Tap
Notification settings. -
From the Notifications for this conversation/chat pop-up window, you can select one of the three options available: All activity (default), Only Mentions, or Mute notifications.
