As a super or content admin of a LinkedIn Page, you can view and reply to messages as your Page from your Page inbox.
To view and reply to your Page’s messages:

Go to your Page super or content admin view.

Click Inbox in the left menu.

(Optional) To filter messages by status or conversation topic, click the
Filter icon and select Archived, Unread, Spam, or a topic. -
Click a conversation to view or reply to a message.
- (Optional) To edit the topic of a conversation, click the
More menu in the upper-right corner of the message, click Edit conversation topic, and select a new topic.
- Admins can see the name of the admin who sent each message, but members can’t see admin names.

To view and reply to your Page’s messages:

Go to your Page super or content admin view.

Tap the
Message icon in the upper-right corner to open your member inbox. -
Tap the banner at the top of the inbox.
- If you manage one Page, tap your Page name.
- If you manage multiple Pages or you have a Sales Navigator or Recruiter account, tap More inboxes.

(Optional) To filter messages by status or conversation topic, tap the
Filter icon in the upper right and select Archived, Unread, Spam, or a topic. -
Tap a conversation to view or reply to a message.

More menu in the upper-right corner of the message, tap Edit conversation topic, and select a new topic.

If a message is spam, inappropriate, or abusive, you can restrict the member from your Page to stop them from sending more messages, or you can mark the message as spam which will move to a spam folder. You can also mute the conversation or report the message.
To review messages by status, you can click the Filter icon next to Search messages and filter by Archived, Unread, and Spam.
