As a Project Owner or Collaborator, you can schedule a 1:1 or panel interview on LinkedIn Talent Hub. Learn more about how to simplify the interview process prior to scheduling an interview.
You can schedule an initial phone screen or 1:1 interview with a candidate by sending an InMail message. You can identify the meeting duration and include a video conference link within the message.
Once a candidate finalizes their interview time, you'll receive a confirmation email with all relevant interview details. The link or access code (if provided) within the confirmation email can be used to access the interview.
To schedule a panel interview with a candidate using an interview template:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.

On the Pipeline tab, click Schedule Interview next to the candidate you’d like to interview.
- You can also click Schedule interview when viewing a candidate's profile.

Select the Date, Interview Location, Time zone, Video Conference, and Interview template.
- Your interview schedule will populate based on the interview template you select.
- If you don’t select an interview template, you can manually create an interview schedule. Follow the steps under scheduling an interview without a template.
- The same video interview provider must be used for the whole panel.

Click
Add interviewer for each interview. -
Enter the name of the interviewer and select their name from the dropdown.
- You can add multiple interviewers for each interview slot.
- Interviewers must have an active license on your Talent Hub contract.
- By default, the toggle next to Video conference for each interviewer is on when video conferencing is enabled. Turn the toggle to off for interviewer's who'll be located on site.

Click Save.

Each interviewer’s calendar availability will show in the calendar section if they’ve associated their calendar with Talent Hub.
- If the users haven't associated their calendar, then you can choose a time slot.
- Click Find at time that works with this interview team to find an available time for all interviewers. The available times will appear in blue on the calendar.

(Optional) Click Add to schedule and select Interview room from the dropdown. Learn more about booking interview rooms.
- Search by room name and select a room from the dropdown. You can select multiple rooms.
- In the time slot selection module, you can see available rooms, click Add a room.
- Click Save to add the select room(s).

Click Review invitations at the top of the page.
- The interview schedule will appear on the left side of the page. You can edit the prepopulated email to the interviewers that contains links to the candidate's profile, the interview scorecard, the current interview schedule, and the link to video conference (if you choose this option).

Click Send invitations.
- Interviewers will receive an email notification with the information needed to prepare for the interview.
- The notification includes links to the job requisition, candidate profile, interview scorecard, interview schedule, interview room/location, and video conference link (if applicable).
- This information is also displayed on the interviewer's Talent Hub homepage.
Interview details are available on the Feedback tab of the candidate's profile.
Here's a tip
The candidate confirmation can also be sent from the Feedback tab by selecting the three dots next to the interview and clicking Send Candidate Confirmation.
To schedule a panel interview with a candidate without using an interview template:

Click Projects at the top of the page.

Click your project title.

Click Add interviewer within an interview slot to add interviewers.

- Interviewers must have an active license on your Talent Hub contract.

Select a time slot.

(Optional) Click Add a room and select an available room from the dropdown. Learn more about booking interview rooms.

(Optional) Enter a topic.

(Optional) Select a scorecard.

Click Save.

Click Review invitations at the top of the page.
- The interview schedule will appear on the left side of the page. You can edit the prepopulated email to the interviewers that contains links to the candidate's profile, the interview scorecard, the current interview schedule, and video conference link (if applicable).

Click Send invitations.
