Talent Hub lets you source and manage candidates in one place on our hiring platform. It’s designed to help you stay organized and become more efficient using a single, all-encompassing tool.
Talent Hub includes all the features of LinkedIn Recruiter. However, you’ll also improve collaboration with your hiring team by using some of the features available, such as job posting, automated interview scheduling, unified team messaging, candidate feedback and scoring, pipeline and talent insights, updated data tools, and more.

You can update your settings and authorize LinkedIn to access third party providers to sync your email and calendar.
To access your personal product settings in Talent Hub, move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Talent Hub homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

Candidates can utilize the Guest Apply feature to apply for a job posted in Talent Hub without having a LinkedIn profile.
Once you’ve posted a job, your applicants will appear within the Talent pool tab in your project. Learn more about saving candidates to your project.
Talent Hub allows job search engines, such as Google for Jobs, to be aggregated from Talent Hub. The jobs are displayed in the search engine results, with the most relevant jobs showing at the top.
