As a user and license management admin, you can assign licenses and permissions to multiple users on your LinkedIn Talent Hub contract via the CSV file upload feature in LinkedIn Admin Center.
The CSV file template has columns for user information, including email address, first name, last name, and employee ID. It also has columns for each license and permission type.
Once you’ve downloaded the template, you’ll enter each user’s information and add active or inactive under the license and permission columns. The value entered in the columns will determine the action taken for each user.
To download and update the CSV template:

Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Hub homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.

On the Users tab, click Add new users and select Add users by CSV from the dropdown.

Click Download the CSV template from the pop-up window.

Open the CSV file using text editing software on your device.

Enter the user information and assign a license for each user using the acceptable values for CSV files.

Save the file as a CSV file type on your device.

Click Upload CSV in LinkedIn Admin Center to upload the CSV file.
A confirmation message will appear if your upload was successful. You’ll receive an error message if data within your CSV file failed to upload. You can correct the errors and then upload the edited CSV file.
