This release notes article elaborates on all features and enhancements that are released to at least a portion of our users in LinkedIn Sales Navigator in the time frame of April 2023 to June 2023.
Sales Navigator User Updates
Account Hub is the single place sellers can easily manage their book of business and key accounts, helping them to focus on the right opportunity at the right time. Account Hub has all the necessary information sellers need to make data-informed prioritization decisions and plan out effective outreach and track customer sentiment, letting sellers focus on the opportunities that have a higher likelihood of closing. Together, this helps Sales Navigator users make more data driven decisions, build stronger customer relationships, and close more deals.
Also important to know is that Account Hub is the next iteration of the Buyer intent account dashboard.
You can access Account Hub in one of the following ways:
-
Click the View in account hub option displayed in the Highlights for you section in the homepage
-
Click the Accounts tab on the Sales Navigator top navigation bar.
Account Hub in Sales Navigator combines account insights, buyer intent signals and relationship intelligence into a single dashboard for you to use in your day to day workflows, and enables you to accurately and efficiently prioritize the accounts that you would like to focus on. From this page, you can:
- Effortlessly identify accounts with high growth, moderate to high buyer intent, and more by leveraging quick filters.
- Find additional contacts by viewing all 1st degree, 2nd degree, and TeamLink connections at an account with Connection Paths.
- Measure the level of intent a company and its buyers are expressing with Buyer Intent and Product Category Intent.
- Uncover compelling outreach moments, like newly hired decision maker, with Recommendations.

Product Category Intent allows you to find buyers who are likely searching for a product that is similar to your own and allows you to identify which specific product a buyer is interested in. Up until now, Sales Navigator included a Product Category Buyer Intent filter available in Search, using which you could quickly identify potential buyers who are researching your product offering, and if they have indicated interest in your specific company or not. This information helped you find shortcuts to previously hidden warm opportunities. You could use this Product Category Intent filter along with the existing Buyer Intent filters in Search to find leads at companies who are actively showing buyer intent in your company and are interested in your product specifically.
Now, in addition to the Product Category Buyer Intent search filter, you can also add product categories into Sales Navigator. You can add product categories from the Account Hub page in Sales Navigator and you can add up to 10 Product Categories at a time. After you add product categories, you can edit or remove categories from Sales Navigator as well.

Buyer Intent filter in lead search - Using this filter, you can identify potential buyers at accounts where someone has expressed high or moderate interest in the past 30 days to narrow your search for warm opportunities. With this filter, you can quickly identify leads and accounts that are more likely to be interested in your outreach based on buyer intent indicators in your search results.
-
New filters - Following are the new filters introduced in Search:
- Connection - Use this filter to find an account where your 1st degree connections work.
- Include or exclude leads whom you have recently messaged on LinkedIn or have viewed their LinkedIn profile using the People you interacted with filter.

You can add accounts to the My Current Accounts list in Sales Navigator from the Account hub. If the account is already in your CRM, but the rules you have set in Sales Navigator do not capture all the accounts that you want, then you can add the missing accounts. This enhancement allows the Auto-Save list to automatically generate based on your CRM and saves you time in managing lead and account lists, and also provides you with the capability to add accounts that might be missing.
With this enhancement, you can always have your account lists in your CRM and Sales Navigator up-to-date.
The Account map feature allows you to leverage real-time account trends, visualize lead relationship options between important accounts, and direct relationship-building efforts at potential buyers and stakeholders.
The Account map is available on the Account page in Sales Navigator, and it is now available below the Relationship Explorer section within the People tab.

You can filter alerts on the homepage based on your custom account and lead lists.
-
You can now interact with alerts natively in the Sales Navigator mobile app without having to access the desktop version
