The Top Choice feature enables Premium job seekers to express their passion when applying to a job post. Premium members can mark a job post as their top choice and include a message describing why. Per month, Premium members are allowed to select three jobs as their top choice job.

As a job poster, this feature enables you to view candidates who have expressed that they are truly passionate about working for your company. When viewing the applicant list, you’ll see a badge on the applicant’s details card that says: “Marked job as a top choice.” You can read the candidate’s message explaining why the job posting is a top choice for them when you click on the badge.
