As a Hiring Project Owner or Sourcer, you can post a job and choose to invite candidates who apply to introduce themselves using video intros.
When you post a job, you can select up to two video intro questions for the candidates to answer when they apply. You can choose the questions before or after posting a job from the Project settings page. To ensure everyone gets the same questions, you can’t change the questions that are saved to your project.
After a candidate applies to your job posting, you can invite them to submit a video intro via an InMail message. You won’t be able to request a video intro from a candidate unless they apply to your job post. They can record a video (up to two minutes) for each question or submit written responses. You can view the completed intros on the candidate’s profile.
