With LinkedIn jobs ads, you can promote job opportunities to encourage members to apply to your company. Members will see one of three jobs ad formats, depending on their profile information.
Jobs ads are a type of dynamic ad, which means they’re personalized for each member. Each member only sees their personalized information, not other members. Members can also opt out of allowing their profile information to be used to personalize ads.
Before creating a jobs ad, create a new campaign and select job applicants as the objective. You can also create new ads for an existing jobs ad campaign by editing your ads.
