Most email providers allow you to download an email as an EML file. The file can provide valuable information to our technical support teams when troubleshooting complex issues. A support agent may ask you to download an EML file and forward it to LinkedIn so they can help you troubleshoot any issues you may have.
When reaching out to LinkedIn Support, please provide a clear and detailed explanation of the issue, along with any relevant screenshots and the EML file. If the file is too large to be shared directly, we recommend compressing the file before sending it to us.
