Add accounts sourced from LinkedIn Sales Insights to your CRM

LinkedIn Sales Insights allows you to add accounts that are sourced from Sales Insights to your CRM, but this can be done only after you identify accounts outside your CRM.

First, you must create a new report in Sales Insights and on the left pane, change Source to:

  • Include: All companies on LinkedIn, and
  • Exclude: CRM

Then, you can leverage Sales Insights Company Filters and Personas to apply your criteria. When you complete your analysis and identify new accounts you'd like to export, follow the steps below to add the accounts to your CRM: 

  1. In the new accounts report, click Export in the upper-right corner of the page, and select CSV.

    Here's a tip

    This process will consume credits. 

  2. Leverage the Sales Insights CSV export to create new account records in your CRM via the Bulk Upload tool. 

  3. Wait 24 hours for these new accounts in your CRM to be synced with LinkedIn Sales Insights. 

  4. Then, return to the report from which you identified these new accounts and change the Source to Include: CRM.

    Here's a tip

    These accounts will now be ready for CRM enrichment and will not cost any additional credits.

  5. 24 hours after export, you'll see the LinkedIn Sales Insights data included for these new accounts in the CRM.
