When you set up or manage credit or debit card payments in Company Account, there might be some common issues that you run into.
Keep in mind, you can’t pay by credit or debit card if your contact’s payment method is listed as invoice. This option means you’ll pay via ACH, wire transfer, or check (U.S. and Canada only). Learn more if you need to change your contract’s payment method.
If you can’t locate the onboarding email to set up credit or debit card payments, make sure to check your junk and spam folders. If it’s not there, please contact us.
We can help you change the email address that’s associated to Company Account. Your email address needs to be added and confirmed on your LinkedIn.com profile. Follow these steps if you need to add your email address to your personal LinkedIn account. Once you’re done, click the link in the onboarding email and follow the steps. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, please create one.

We’ll email a receipt to the Company Account admin when your credit or debit card is charged. We’ll email a notification if your payment is declined.
As the primary contact on your LinkedIn contract, you can choose credit or debit card as your preferred payment method during the order completion process. You may be able to update your payment method after your contract start date; however, it’s not always possible. Please contact us if you need to change your payment method.
After you choose credit or debit card as your preferred payment method, you’ll choose a Company Account admin to complete an onboarding process and add the payment details in Company Account.
