To label your post as a brand partnership:

Click Start a post at the top of your LinkedIn homepage to share a post.

Type the content of your post in the Start typing field.

Select who you want to share the post with.

Switch the toggle next to Brand partnership to On to label your post as brand partnership or Off to not label your post as brand partnership.
After you publish the post, it will be labeled with Brand Partnership.
To label your post as a brand partnership:

Tap Post in the navigation bar to share a post.

Type the content of your post in the Start typing field.

Select who you want to share the post with.

Switch the toggle next to Brand partnership to On to label your post as brand partnership or Off to not label your post as brand partnership.
After you publish the post, it will be labeled with Brand Partnership.
Notes:
- This label is only available for Public posts. If you change the visibility setting to Connections only or Groups, the toggle will automatically be disabled until you change the visibility to Public.
- This setting applies only to the current post and will reset to its default Off for your next post.
