Download existing users to a CSV file via LinkedIn Admin Center in Talent Hub

To manage licenses and edit user attributes in bulk, LinkedIn Talent Hub admins must download a CSV file list of existing users from LinkedIn Admin Center. The file needs to be updated and then you can upload it to LinkedIn Admin Center.

To download the CSV file:

  1. Sign in to Talent Hub.

  2. Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Hub homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.

  3. On the Users tab, click the Download users as CSV dropdown.

    To download specific users, filter by License type, License status, and/or Project status before clicking Download users as CSV.

  4. Select Download all users or Download filtered users.

  5. Next to User attributes, begin typing the attribute you’d like to include in your CSV download and select the option(s) from the dropdown.

    The Primary email address attribute is auto-selected because it’s required.

  6. Next to Licenses, begin typing the license types to include in your CSV download and select the option(s) from the dropdown.

  7. Next to Permissions, begin typing the permission types to include in your CSV download and select the option(s) from the dropdown.

  8. Click Download CSV.

After you've downloaded your CSV file, you can follow the steps to edit licenses and permissions or the steps to edit attributes.
