LinkedIn has launched a feature that allows you to set your Minimum Pay preference to aid your job seeking. To set your Minimum Pay preference, enter your desired base pay in the Preferences section under the Jobs tab.
Your base pay is the minimum amount you are interested in earning, and does not include bonuses, stocks, commissions, tips, or other compensation. You must also indicate whether it’s per hour or year.
Your Minimum Pay preference will not be visible to others. You can edit or delete your Minimum Pay preference at any time in the Preferences section under the Jobs tab.
