LinkedIn responsiveness insights highlight hirers' responsiveness on jobs, so that they can stand out from other companies, boost their brand image, and attract more talent. For companies who are actively engaging with candidates, these insights will highlight typical response or applicant review times.
Why are responsiveness insights beneficial?
- Stand out from other companies. Set your company apart from others that don’t respond to candidates as quickly or frequently. Most companies will not have these insights available on their jobs, which means it will serve as a differentiator for companies who do have it.
- Build trust and boost your brand image. Consistently maintain responsiveness and build trust with job seekers to boost your employer brand reputation. Job seekers view a company they applied to more favorably if they hear back.
- Attract more talent. Demonstrate your commitment to a positive candidate experience to attract more quality applicants.
-
