One-Time Invoice Payment

Enterprise customers who aren’t able to use LinkedIn’s existing credit card payment system or experience technical issues which prevent the customer from paying; may be eligible to use an alternative one-time invoice payment by credit card process.
Requirements for eligibility:
  • Signed contract with LinkedIn
  • Alternative payment process is not available online
To use one-time payment:
  1. Contact Billing Support to request one-time payment on an individual invoice with your credit card as the payment method. Note: You’ll receive an email from a billing representative to pay the individual invoice. A valid email address and invoice number is required.
  2. Once you receive the payment link and confirm the invoice number and amount, enter your credit card details into the next screen. Note: You’re given three (3) attempts to re-enter credit card information or try a new card. After three (3) failed attempts, please contact the billing support team to send another link.
  3. Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an email confirming the payment. The payment will be applied to the company account within 24-48 hrs.
