One way you can customize the content that appears on your feed and other content surfaces on LinkedIn (for example, in notifications) is by using the feed control menu to indicate that you prefer not to see political content.
What is the political content setting?
Currently, the political content setting addresses content focused on political parties and candidates, election outcomes, and ballot initiatives. It also addresses content focused on national or international military conflict. It does not cover content on social issues that may be discussed in a political context.
We’re continuing to test and gather member feedback about the types of political content they prefer to see less of on LinkedIn. Over time, based on member feedback, we may further develop the feature and expand it to more regions and languages. We are always looking for ways to ensure members have a personalized and engaging experience on LinkedIn, and we’ll continue to gather member feedback to develop the right settings and options.
