You can now optimize your chances of landing your next job by allowing recruiters to call directly through the LinkedIn mobile app. This allows hirers to call you about potential job opportunities without the need for your phone number.
Note: You can only opt in and opt out from the LinkedIn mobile app. This feature is not available through a web browser.
In order to enable recruiter calls, you must opt in to receiving the calls.

While you may be prompted to enable calls from recruiters as you navigate the app, you can actively opt in at any time. This can be done from the Settings page by tapping on Data Privacy and then tapping on Recruiter calls under the Who can reach you section and switching the toggle to On.
When you enable this feature, you might see a few pop-up messages to adjust your permissions settings. To fully use this feature, you will need to enable push notifications and enable microphone access to use this feature. To maintain your privacy, LinkedIn will never record any calls.
