Compensation information is available when viewing the Talent Pool Report in LinkedIn Talent Insights. This data is based on similar roles, companies, and regions, and is inferred using LinkedIn salary data collected from pay data added by hirers to job posts.
You can use the salary insights to compare compensation within the overall market and among peers. It shows how salaries vary across locations, companies, and industries.
Important to know
The location of your Talent Pool Report must be within the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom to view salary insights.
After you generate a Talent Pool Report, a compensation summary is provided on the right rail of the Overview tab. The summary includes the average total compensation and the average compensation range. The compensation information is displayed in USD by default.
To change your currency preferences:

Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights page and select Settings.

On the Report Settings tab, click the dropdown icon next to Currency.

Select the desired currency from the dropdown.
