This section graphically represents the hires and departure of talent of the selected company over the past 12 months. The section also displays the companies who’ve hired the most talent from the selected company and the companies who’ve lost the most talent to the selected company. The data may differ from the From what companies is <selected company name> winning and losing talent? chart due to the following reasons:
The data in How has this workforce trended over time? depicts every departure, but this departure will be reflected in one of the rows on the From what companies is <selected company name> winning and losing talent? chart only if the corresponding hire happened within a 6 month period. That is, if a member's gap between positions is less than 6 months, it appears in the From what companies is <selected company name> winning and losing talent? chart while it would count as a departure in the How has this workforce trended over time? chart.

This section displays the companies to which the selected company loses talent to or hires from, and the ratio of hires to departures.
Where has <selected company name> won and lost talent over the last 12 months?
This section summarizes locations where this company has hired and lost talent over the past year. A member's location is determined by the location they’ve selected on their LinkedIn profile. The map displays the top 20 locations based on the hire and departure volume. Click the View by: dropdown to view locations by City, Market Area, State/Province, or Country/Territory.

This section displays the list of industries from which the company has hired and lost talent over the past 12 months. A member’s industry is determined by the industry they've selected on their LinkedIn profile.
