Once you’re given access to LinkedIn Talent Insights by your company’s account admin, you’ll receive an activation email from LinkedIn Talent Insights.
After you’ve activated your license, you can access Talent Insights from the LinkedIn homepage.
To access Talent Insights:

From your LinkedIn profile homepage, click the Work icon in the upper right.

Select Insights from the menu that appears.
To return to LinkedIn profile, move your cursor over your picture in the top right corner of the page and select Go to LinkedIn.
