Remove a user in Talent Insights

Only LinkedIn Talent Insights administrators (admins) can add or remove users in Talent Insights.

Important to know

Licenses can’t be transferred or reassigned. You must first remove a user’s license to assign it to a new user. Each user retains their search history if their license is removed, but it doesn’t get shared with any other users.

To remove a user from your Talent Insights account:
  1. Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.

  2. On the Users tab, locate the user you’d like to remove. You can filter by License type and License status by selecting the dropdown above the license user list. You can also search by name, email, or title using the search box above the licensed user list.

  3. Click the More icon to the right of the user.
  4. Select Manage licenses.
  5. Select No license from the License type dropdown.
  6. Click Confirm.
