Profiles tab of the Talent Pool Report in Talent Insights

The Profiles tab of the LinkedIn Talent Insights Talent Pool Report displays 25 sample LinkedIn profiles from the talent pool. You’ll also see their locations and a snapshot of their current and past experiences. You can access the Profiles tab at the top of the Talent Pool Report in Talent Insights.

Who can use this feature?

The Profiles tab is only available if you have access to LinkedIn Recruiter because profiles are surfaced from Recruiter and open the candidate's profile in Recruiter. For example, if you are part of an RPS contract, and only have the LTI Core User license, you will not be able to see this tab in your report.

Notes:
  • Click Show more experience to view the complete list of the member’s work experience.
  • Click See profile to the right of the profile name to view the member’s LinkedIn profile.
