The Skills tab of the Talent Insights Company Report helps you identify the top skills of employees working with the selected company.
You can access the Skills tab on the online version of the Company Report. To access the online report, sign into LinkedIn Talent Insights and create a new Company Report or select an existing report from the Continue where you left off section on the homepage.
The Skills tab includes the following sections:

The top skills of the selected company’s workforce

Number of employees with each skill
-
Number of employees with each skill hired in the past 12 months

Number of open jobs for each skill in the selected company

Skill comparison of the employees of the selected company with your company
You can view the individual profiles who possess each skill.
To view the individual profiles:

Click the number in the Employees column for any listed skill.

In the window that opens on the right, click See profile next to the member’s profile name to view their LinkedIn profile.
To view the individual jobs:

Click the number under the Jobs column for any location.

In the window that opens on the right, click See job next to the job title of the job you want to view.
