The Company tab of the LinkedIn Talent Insights Talent Pool Report provides insights into the top companies that your selected target pool is associated with. By identifying your talent competitors for the target talent pool, you can devise better hiring strategies and decisions. The information found in this tab can be leveraged to meet your business goals.
You can access the Company tab on the online version of the Talent Pool Report. To access the report online, sign into LinkedIn Talent Insights and create a new Talent Pool Report or select an existing report from the Continue where you left off section in the homepage.

You can instantly view the Company Report for all the companies listed on the Company tab. To view a company’s report, click on a company name under the Company column and select See company report. You’ll be redirected to the web version of the Company Report. Learn more about Company Reports.

Professionals: High to low – Lists the number of employees in each company from high to low.

1y growth: High to low – Lists the growth in the number of employees in each company for the past 12 months from high to low.

You can view data about untapped companies for your target pool at the bottom of the Company Tab. Untapped companies are companies that you may not have thought of as sources for talent. To compile this information, we look at the companies you hire from and then find companies that they hire from. Companies you’ve hired from in the last year are excluded from the list.
