Assign admin permissions in Talent Insights

As a LinkedIn Talent Insights admin, you can manage the account permissions for all LinkedIn Talent Insights users, including other admins, in the LinkedIn Admin Center.

Admin functionality varies based on the three different levels of account permissions: User, Sub Admin, and Full Admin.

To assign admin permissions:
  1. Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown. 

  2. On the Users tab in LinkedIn Admin Center, locate the user you’d like to update permissions for.

    You can filter by License type and License status by selecting the dropdown above the license user list. You can also search by name, email, or title using the search box above the licensed user list.

  3. Select the person’s name from the search bar dropdown to go to their Talent Insights profile.
  4. Click the Permissions tab.
  5. Select the Edit button.
  6. Select User, Sub Admin, or Full Admin.
  7. Click Save.
