Reassign a user’s license in Talent Insights

Talent Insights licenses can’t be transferred or reassigned. You must first remove a user’s license to assign it to a new user. Each user retains their search history if their license is removed, but it doesn’t get shared with any other users.
To reassign a user’s license to a new user in Talent Insights:
  1. Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights homepage and select Go to LinkedIn Admin Center from the dropdown.

  2. On the Users tab, remove the user whose license you’d like to reassign to a new user.

  3. Add the new user.
