The Education tab of the Talent Insights Company Report provides insights into the educational qualifications of the selected company’s employees.
You can access the Location tab on the online version of the Company Report. To access the online report, sign into Talent Insights and create a new Company Report or select an existing report from the Continue where you left off section in the homepage.
The tab includes the following sections:
What schools is <selected company name> hiring talent from? - This section displays the number of the selected company’s employees from each school, the number of employees hired in the past 12 months from each school, the percentage of the selected company’s employees from each school, and the percentage of your company’s employees from each school.
What is the highest degree this talent has attained? - This section displays the highest degree type attained by employees at the selected company (graduation, post-graduation, Doctor of Philosophy, and so on), the number of employees graduated in the past 12 months, and a comparison of degrees between the employees of the selected company and your company.
What are the fields of study for this talent? - This section displays the fields of study pursued by the selected company’s employees, the number of employees hired in the past 12 months from each field of study and their growth percentage, and a comparison of fields of study between the employees of the selected company and your company.
