As a Sales Navigator user, you can opt out of sharing your LinkedIn.com activities with your employer/admin.

The specifics of your activity, like what you searched for or whose profile you viewed, are not shared.
Here are the LinkedIn.com activities that an admin can access through ROI and Usage Reporting:

To opt out of your LinkedIn.com activities in ROI and Usage Reporting:

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click the
Me profile photo at the top right of the page, and select Settings. -
Scroll down to the Privacy preferences section and turn the LinkedIn.com activities toggle button off to opt out of LinkedIn.com activity tracking.
