Edit receipts for your Sales Navigator subscription

Receipts for your Sales Navigator subscriptions (including any upgrade or renewal you've purchased) can be edited under your Purchase History on the Settings & Privacy page.

To edit receipts for your Sales Navigator account:

  1. Click the  Me icon in the top right corner of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown and on the left pane of the Settings page that appears, click Account preferences.

  3. Then, under Subscriptions and payments, click View purchase history.

  4. Select one of the options below and specify your date range:

    • Last 3 months
    • Year to Date
    • Custom Date

    Then select the transaction you’d like to edit.

  5. Click +Add billing details under Billed to details.

  6. Enter the updated details in the text box provided. For example, company name, billing and shipping address, or VAT ID.

  7. Click Save.

Here's a tip

Invoice edits are not supported for purchases made via Alipay.
