There are several facets you can use to filter and sort the list of projects that you own or have been added to. You can view your project list efficiently by using different combinations of filters and sorting facets.

Click Projects at the top of your homepage.

Click the textbox next to the
Search icon on the left side of the page. -
Type in your keyword and click the
Search button or press Enter on your keyboard.
To filter your project list by Location, Project Owner, and Project status:

Click Projects at the top of your homepage.

Under the desired filter, select the checkbox next to the option you’d like to filter for.
Click Show more to view additional options.

You can also search for filter options under Location and Owner by typing the location or owner in the textbox under the respective filter title.

Click Projects at the top of your homepage.

From the Show me projects with bar, complete one or more of the following actions:
- Click the Job post
dropdown and select Open, Closed, Draft, or Under review to view projects with the respective job status. - Click the Campaign button to view projects with an associated Pipeline Builder campaign. Only available in Recruiter.
- Click the Shared applicants button to view projects that have overlapping applicants. Only available in Recruiter.
- Click the Job post
Click Search only to view projects that don’t have an associated job post, campaign, or shared applicants and only candidates from search.

Click Projects at the top of your homepage.

Click the Sort by
dropdown. -
Select a facet:
- Last viewed by me
- Date created: newest to oldest
- Date created: oldest to newest
- Project name: A-Z
- Project name: Z-A
While there is no filter available for Projects Shared With Me in LinkedIn Recruiter, you can view a list of projects that you have access to. You can use the search bar in the Recruiter mobile app to narrow down your project list.
To view your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite projects:

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

Tap the Projects tab in the navigation bar.
