The Recruiting Activities tab on a candidate’s profile reverse-chronologically lists the actions made on a profile by you and other users on your dashboard.
The Recruiting Activities section includes:

Who viewed the profile and when it was viewed.

Who added the candidate to a project folder and when they were added.
-
Who messaged the candidate, when they were messaged, and the message acceptance status.
Important to know
When a profile is viewed by a seat, it will be hidden by the enabled Hide Previously Viewed facet in a search after 8-9 hours. However, if the profile is viewed again within that time frame, the cool-off period is reset, and the profile will now hide after 8-9 hours from the latest viewed event.
Hide previously viewed will only hide candidates if the views are from the the seat holder executing the search. It is expected that if the view is from another seat holder, the candidate will still reflect in the search. See Recruiter and Recruiter Lite search filters and definitions for more details.

You can filter the type of activity displayed by clicking Updates and selecting the type of activity you'd like to see from the dropdown.
To filter a candidate’s Recruiting activities:

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

On a candidate’s profile, swipe left from the Profile tab until reaching the Recruiting activities tab.

Tap the
Filter icon. -
Select or deselect the filters.
- Tap Remove all filters to deselect all check marks.
- Tap Apply all filters again to reapply check marks.

Tap Apply filters.
