You can manage settings within projects you’ve created in LinkedIn Recruiter. This includes project details, workflow settings, importing candidates, adding project members, archiving projects, and more.

To access your project settings:
Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter homepage.
Click your project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.
Click Project settings to access all project settings.

You can change the visibility of your project after it has been created. You can set your project visibility to Public or Private in the upper right-hand corner of your project, where Public or Private appears next to a
Click Edit to edit your project details such as Project name, Project description, Job title, Location, Seniority, Employment type, Workplace type, Skills, and more.
You can change the applicant rejection settings to reject applicants who don't meet the screening qualifications or location criteria.
Click the toggle next to Let job applicants know when you've downloaded their resume or Toggle hiring pipeline stages to turn the setting on or off. You can also choose to hide candidate photos and names in the project's talent pool.
To add multiple candidates in bulk, click Choose file to import candidates from a spreadsheet into your pipeline. Click Download sample file to download a template. The file must be CSV format with the following fields, in order: first name, last name, e-mail. The first line of row of headers will be ignored. You can include up to 200 candidates in one file.
Click Edit members and enter the user's name or add an entire group. There is currently no limit to the number of project members you can add to your project. You can give the following access to other users:
Click Link job post to a project to share the job post with another project so applicants also appear in that project's talent pool.
Click Archive project to archive your project. You’ll still have access to your active candidates but will no longer receive new applicants, company connections, or recommended matches.
