Recruiting activity is visible to users on your LinkedIn Recruiter contract, depending on the visibility set for each action. This includes messages with the candidate, notes added to their profile, and projects that they’re associated with.
View recruiting activity on a candidate’s profile card next to Activity from the search results page and from the Talent pool or Pipeline tabs of a project.
You can set different visibility options for the following recruiting activity:
Notes
- Only me - The creator of the note
- Members of PROJECT NAME - All users with access to the project
- Everyone - All users on the contract can view your notes
Messages
- Private – Only you
- Public – All users on the contract can view your messages
Projects
- Private - Only members of this project can access the project
- Public - All users on the contract can access the project
Important to know
Only users with the Public Notes Viewer permission can view notes that are visible to Everyone.
