As an admin for your LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite contract, you can activate or deactivate Automated Pipeline Stages. When Automated Pipeline Stages is activated, it automatically moves candidates through pipeline stages throughout the recruiting process.
Important to know
To activate or deactivate Automated Pipeline Stages:

Move your cursor over your profile at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings.

Under Recruiter Settings on the left, click Custom pipeline.

Next to Enable automated pipeline stages, click Edit, then click On or Off and click Save.

If you activated automated pipeline stages and if you have a large number of existing projects on your Recruiter contract, you’ll be prompted to contact us for assistance.

If Automated Pipeline Stages is turned off after it has been activated, the three default stages will remain in all projects, but candidates won’t move between stages automatically.
