InMail allocation allows LinkedIn Recruiter admins to set limits on the volume of InMail messages that can be sent by all of the seats on a contract. It also gives admins access to restrict the ability for all seats to send bulk InMail messages.
If your Recruiter admin has set InMail limits, you can monitor your monthly InMail usage and check when you have met your limit through the following ways:
If you haven't reached your InMail usage limit, you’ll see an InMail Credits counter at the top of your Compose Message side panel. The InMail Credits counter will show how many InMail credits you’ve sent out of the total available to you.
You’ll know if you have a monthly InMail usage limit if Monthly InMail limit appears below the credit counter.
If you’ve reached your InMail usage limit, you’ll see a red warning message indicating Monthly InMail limit reached at the top of your Compose Message side panel.
If you move your cursor over the Warning icon, you’ll see a message indicating that you’ve reached your monthly InMail limit, what your monthly limit is, and when your limit will reset.
Important to know
If an admin on your contract has an InMail usage limit enabled for your seat, the refunded InMail credits are returned to your contract. They are not returned to the allotment of monthly InMails remaining for your individual seat, as displayed on your Product settings page. To keep track of all your credit activities, including refunds, visit the View credits section in the InMail report.
